Wow, if I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. The DMV is known for its employees being irritable and impatient. My experience was the cherry on top. I appreciate the work they do and understand that they are busy. I was kind and appreciative of their service. But man, their attitudes are something else. Sadly super unimpressed.

Yesterday I went to DMV provo to renewal my license plate, without appointment, and it was faster than I expected. Very kind people attended me, in a few minutes I got my stikers plate. That's why I give you 5 star. Thank you'll who work at DMV provo. Congratulations... 👍 I appreciate your job. …

Very impressed with how this place is run, especially compared to most government buildings. The wait time was extremely short, all of the workers were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and the area was clean and well lit! Spread the word to the Draper office on how to run a DMV ;)

I made an appointment, showed up 10 minutes early, and they took me right then. Becky was the woman who assisted me in registering a vehicle, she was great. Kind, competent, answered any question I had easily and was very patient with me, someone who asks a lot of questions. Quick, painless, efficient, the best DMV I've been to in Utah.

They ask me to bring my boat in to fix a mistake they made and there is no where to park it! The lady on the phone, which was a 20 minute phone call, also said when I get here they would send someone out to look at it quickly, but the lady at the front made me wait half an hour, just to get to the counter and the lady tell me there's nothing they can do or provide. Such a waste of time with people who don't know what they're talking about and can't get their information correct..

Easy process to make online appointment. As soon as I arrived for my appointment time I was seen. Staff was very friendly and amazing. We're very helpful and able to answer all of my questions.

This place just sucks. All the worst parts about being alive have been depressingly combined and concentrated into this small area. There's only two emotions this God forsaken place evokes, those being a heavy, all consuming sense of complete despair, and the unrelenting desire to give up the ghost and reunite with your maker. In other words, it's hell on earth.
